I'm Already Somebody's Baby

Or so I was?

Not sure what's going on or what will come of this, but all of the waiting around for someone to call or someone (even yourself) to figure out what he/she/you want(s) is taxing. Especially already being stuck sick in bed watching Idol.

While we're on that topic, I realized it's a necessity to watch American Idol in my family while out to dinner with some relatives on Sunday night. It's pretty much all they talked about, and I sat there for much of the time feeling very left out wishing I was hip to the Idol craze myself. Now I'm watching.

I am just bored and waiting until I get hungry again so I can make pb&j.

Or until someone calls, same shit.

I love Elliott Smith.

Life Lessons #1-4

1. It's "d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y" not "definately"

2. Two words: "a lot"

3. It's "r-e-t-a-r-d-e-d" not "retarted" (think 'retard' plus -ed)

4. Only use an apostrophe-S ('s) to show possession or make a contraction. For example:

Those are Jane's shoes.  - Correct!
I hope this movie get's better. - Incorrect!!!
It's cold outside. - Correct!
These pillow's are lumpy. - Wrong!! Very wrong!

J.M.

Watching the Grammys right now instead of studying, enjoying Alicia Keys' performance, and BAM! comes John Mayer with a sexy guitar solo lookin' so finnnne!

John Mayer is so damn sexy!

I'm sorry but it just has to be said.

18 AND WE 1

On Sunday night the New York Giants did the unimaginable and defeated the near-perfect New England Patriots to become the 2008 Super Bowl Champions.

I am not ashamed to admit that I was thrilled with the fact that they made it that far and had already braced myself for the loss. I had a whole lot of hope, but them being in the Super Bowl was enough. That being said, the final two minutes of that game were the craziest, most amazing and wonderful moments I've ever witnessed in any sporting event. I've been a fan of this team since my mom dressed my in a puffy winter Giants coat when I was 4 years old. Their 07-08 season was one of many ups and downs, but ultimately they proved themselves to the world and reminded us all what it's like to play with heart.

Tom Brady, you're not Mr. Perfect anymore.

I love my New York Giants!
